摘要(英) External customers send the inquiries for product variants, configured or engineered
product, to the manufacture plants. To satisfy customer preference based demand, the BOM (Bill Of materials), test specification, TP (Transfer Price), lead time, etc of engineered and configured product (FPV, Flexible Product Variant) has to be created based on the customer specific needs.
These BOM, test specification, nameplate data have been created manually and saved in the local ERP system. It spent time from the request received to reply. These common data can be used for all of group companies. However, the data has not been shared by group companies due to different ERP system and all of sister companies communicate with different information platform.
The information sharing (BOM, test specification, Transfer Price, product classification) among group companies is implemented by common ERP system. The internal process has been consolidated by CSU (Customer Service Unit) mail box. The sale and delivery process also have to be redesigned and organized with the common information platform. The inquiry has been proceed
