摘要(中) 近年來,因產業間競爭發展與顧客需求多樣化,商品逐漸朝向少量多樣發展,因而促使產品生命週期縮短。隨著產品推出時間縮短的情況下,產業的整合程度與反應時間就日趨重要。在現今多變的市場環境中,企業為了滿足消費者需求,需藉由資訊流在不同作業系統中相互支援與運作,促使物流、商流與金流順暢,達到有效的流程整合運作。所以,在企業內如何讓跨組織與跨系統的流程運作效率化,將成為企業所面臨的重要課題。
在業界中,企業常會運用產品資料管理(Product Data Management, PDM)處理產品相關資訊;而產品生命週期中,資料會再經由不同系統加工處理。由於一般系統多侷限於某一特定作業或類別,在資料的傳遞與轉換過程中,不易做到即時的整合與管理應用。因此,在傳統的資料管理中需引進新思維的作法:經由有系統的管理機制來整合各方系統資源,縮短資料收集、分析與決策的過程,以達到企業應用整合(Enterprise Application Integration, EAI),提昇營運作業效率。
有鑑於此,本研究將透過企業流程管理(Business Process Management, BPM)與整合性資訊系統架構(Architecture of Integrated Information System, ARIS)分析工具,探討企業內部組織作業與資訊流程關係,並規劃資料管理作業方式,以期簡化資訊整合作業流程,讓使用者可以即時且方便的掌握資訊,並協助管理者作出適當的決策。

In recent decades, commodity gradually develop toward a small-volume/multiple-types direction due to the industrial competition and customer demand diversification, thus shorten the life of products. With decreasing product release time, the integration and response time for industries have become more important. Currently, enterprises reply on the cooperation and proceeding of information communication in different systems to improve the flowing of products, commercials, and cash in order to achieve the demands of customer. Therefore, the effective processes of enterprise in a cross-organization/system become an important issue for enterprises.
Generally, enterprises often use product data management (PDM) proceeding the related information of products. In the cycle life of products, the information is processed through different system. Because the general systems are restricted in a specific classification or work, the transmission and transformation of information is difficult to achieve the in-situ integration and management. Thus, it is necessary to introduce the new concept into current information management. Through the organized-management mechanism, it can integrate the sources and shorten process time of data collection/analysis/decision, achieving the enterprise application integration (EAI) and also improving the running efficiency.
On the basis of these reasons, our study has investigated the correlation between process work and information flow in the interior of enterprises, and planned the information management pathways to simplify the processes of information integration through business process management (BPM) and architecture of integrated information system (ARIS) tools. Users can conveniently obtain the in-situ information, and then assist the manager making appropriate decisions.
