摘要(中) 隨著全球化的發展,ERP系統需整合生產、銷售、庫存、財務、人資等各個面向的資源,將原本分屬不同功能的部門轉換成流程導向的作業整合,因此ERP系統在企業中扮演著重要的腳色。但隨著工業4.0的到來,企業在生產過程中需智慧化,並追求更快速的即時回應,才能達到現今市場的需求,因此企業經營的環境更加激烈,所面臨的問題與複雜度非過去能比擬。
在現今的科技發展中,人工智慧(Artificial Intelligence, AI)已可透過學習過往的經驗來解決生活上頻繁且簡易的工作,因此在具有人工智慧功能的ERP系統中,人力操作頻繁的工作內容,將可由人工智慧處理。在一些例行性的顧客服務與維護作業,AI可給予最佳的建議,以達到優化的功能,並降低整體的營運成本。
設計結構矩陣(Design Structure Matrix, DSM)已被廣泛用於流程管理、產品設計與開發,其可將複雜的流程進行視覺化分析,使的整個流程較易辨識先後,可為企業在決策上提供有效的使用方法。本研究首先將人工智慧導入ERP系統中,隨著人工智慧的導入,具有人工智慧功能的ERP系統內部流程將大幅改變,各個模組間的交互關係將有新的流程,進而以設計結構矩陣設計流程,由設計結構矩陣設計出來的流程當成建構系統的基本架構,進而設計智慧化ERP系統。
摘要(英) With the development of globalization, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system needs to integrate all resources (e.g., production, sales, inventory, finance, human resources). So that the function-oriented department change into process-oriented operations. ERP system plays an important role in the enterprise. With the advent of Industry 4.0, enterprise needs to be intelligent in the production process, and pursue immediate response to achieve market demand. So the business environment is more intense and the problems are more complicated.
In the technology development, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been able to solve the frequent work by learning past experience. Therefore, the frequent operation of human work will be responsible for the AI in the ERP system. In some routine customer service and maintenance operations, AI can give the best advice to optimize the functionality and reduce overall operating costs.
Design Structure Matrix (DSM) has been widely used in process management, product design and development. DSM let complex processes to do visual analysis, so that the whole entire process easier to identify, and can provide the effective method of the enterprise in decision making. The study implements artificial intelligence in the ERP system at first. With the implementation of AI, internal processes of ERP system will significantly change. The interaction between the modules will create the new process, and then design the new process by DSM. According to the process designs by DSM, it is the basic structure to build the new system, and then design intelligent ERP system.
