摘要(中) 本研究主要目的在探討員工價值主張、職場靈性、員工敬業精神以及幸福感之間的關係,另以職場靈性做中介效果,檢視其在員工價值主張、員工敬業精神及幸福感之間的影響。本研究以台灣各產業的員工為研究對象,以網路問卷的方式進行資料蒐集,實際獲得有效問卷為310份,並將資料進行階層迴歸分析,驗證變項間的關係及職場靈性的中介效果。研究結果顯示員工價值主張對職場靈性、員工敬業精神以及幸福感存在顯著的正向關係外,亦證實職場靈性對於員工價值主張和員工敬業精神,以及員工價值主張和幸福感之間的關係,具有完全中介效果的影響。基於上述研究結果,本研究進行管理實務意涵的討論,並針對未來研究提出相關之建議。
摘要(英) The main purpose of this study aims to examine the relationship among employee value proposition, workplace spirituality, employee engagement and well-being. In addition, the study explores the moderating role of workplace spirituality in the relationship between employee value proposition and employee engagement, and employee value proposition and well-being. Valid data are collected through online survey of 310 full-time employees in Taiwan. It is found that employee value proposition is positively related to workplace spirituality, employee engagement and well-being. It is also found that workplace spirituality moderates the relationship between employee value proposition and employee engagement, and employee value proposition and well-being. Drawn on the findings, managerial implications and recommendations for future research are thus discussed.
