• The results from this project have the potential to better constrain and improve the MHD simulations of flux emergence and sunspot formation. • The wave analysis procedures developed can be applied to statistically study the general properties of solar pores and their variations over solar cycle. • Domestically, the project produces the first computation codes of POD and DMD in Taiwan. The skills and knowledge can be passed on to local scientists in related fields.
