Abstract:	人工智慧(AI)正以前所未有的速度重塑企業決策，然而，學術界對於AI如何作用於企業最核心的資本投資活動，及其背後的資訊機制與經理人行為，仍缺乏系統性理解。本論文集包含三篇獨立但相互關聯的論文，旨在全面探討 AI 對企業投資的外部信息處理與內部資源配置的影響。本研究透過三個維度，依序探討 AI 如何在(1)應對外部不確定性、(2)提升市場學習效率以及(3)優化內部資源分配中發揮關鍵作用。
