Abstract:	台灣ICT產業的製造實力與全球市占率一直是世人聚焦的核心議題。其中，晶片製造良率更是全球目前不得不高度依賴台灣的主因。然而，卻鮮少經濟文獻探究為何台灣能形成目前晶圓製造優勢。因此，本計畫的執行將可補足學術發展的缺陷，亦可提供政策性的參考。
