Abstract:	本研究旨在探討農業廢棄物之資源化策略，同時回應環境永續治理與高價值衣物清潔市場之雙重需求。本研究利用蔬果廢棄物製得高效純天然酵素洗劑。本研究應用全生命週期評估量化整體技術在環境效益與經濟成本間的權衡關係。本研究預期能從源頭緩解廢棄物終端處理壓力，並精準對接市場對天然酵素產品之龐大需求，具體實踐循環經濟中廢棄物資源化之核心價值。
