Abstract:	本文是以熱固性樹脂裝飾板（俗稱：美耐板， High Pressure Decorative Laminate、高壓裝飾板；簡稱：HPDL）產業為例，探討解決產銷配送問題，核心構想是希望能利用轉運接駁（Cross Docking，CD）的技巧並配合有效益的補給（Efficient Replenishment，ER）兩者的管理構面的理念，藉由配送作業模式的改善來滿足客戶的需求，同時也希望透過與下游客戶之間良性互動機制，拓展基層的通路市場，獲得更高的營收效益。
