;Industrial parks cluster diverse industries whose combined environmental burden cannot be adequately captured by any single monitoring medium, yet existing studies remain confined largely to single-medium assessments, air, water, or groundwater alone, with no established framework of indicators and analytical methods applicable consistently across all mandated domains, nor evidence that such a framework is workable under real operating conditions. This thesis therefore aims to identify indicators and matched analytical methods suitable for multi-media environmental quality monitoring at industrial parks, and to verify their feasibility and operability through a three-year case study at Zhongli Industrial Park, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Drawing on ROC Years 112–114 (2023–2025) monitoring data across seven domains, ambient air quality, drinking water quality, river water quality, groundwater quality, noise, coastal water quality, and acid rain, this study applies Mann-Kendall trend testing, Sen′s slope estimation, the NSF Water Quality Index, and a Groundwater Quality Index, together with purpose-built quarterly compliance heatmaps and a red/yellow/green severity-ranking scheme, to translate this multi-parameter dataset into an at-a-glance risk overview. Results identify river water quality and groundwater at Zhongfu Park as the highest-severity (Red) domains, with NH₃-N and fecal coliform exceeding standards in all 24 quarterly records on the Huangquan River and Very High to High GQI risk at Zhongfu Park throughout. PM₂.₅ remained above Taiwan and WHO standards despite improvement in six of eleven other air-quality parameters; PCE repeatedly exceeded standard at Neiding Elementary groundwater; noise, coastal water, and acid rain were broadly stable to improving but not yet fully compliant; and drinking water achieved full three year compliance, with the Neili Junior High well the lowest-risk site despite pronounced iron enrichment. A rising electrical conductivity and zinc signal at the downstream Zhongfu Bridge station relative to the upstream station points to a possible unidentified discharge source. These findings confirm that the proposed indicator set and analytical framework are feasible and operable under real monitoring conditions, offering industrial park operators and environmental authorities a transferable tool for prioritising monitoring and management resources.
