;The rapid advancement of wearable sensing technologies has intensified the demand for continuous and long-term health monitoring. Fiber-based wearable devices are particularly attractive due to their flexibility, mechanical robustness, scalability, and textile compatibility, offering a sustainable platform for on-body applications. However, their practical deployment is often hindered by dependence on external power sources and disposable batteries. Self-powered triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) provide a promising alternative by harvesting mechanical energy from human motion, yet their performance is strongly limited by the intrinsic properties of triboelectric materials, which must also meet requirements of environmental benignity and mechanical durability. Herein, perovskites are incorporated into TENG design enhancing charge generation and electrical output without compromising flexibility. The resulting fiber-based TENGs demonstrate improved electrical performance and mechanical stability, highlighting their potential as green, self-powered wearable sensors for long-term health monitoring.
