HL-LHC(High Luminosity LHC)為 LHC(Large Hadron Collider)的升級版本,其累積積分亮度(integrated luminosity)將達到目前 LHC 的 10 倍。 ;This thesis aims to provide the precise alignment study for the sPHENIX INTT detector. The sPHENIX is an upgrade project of the RHIC′s (Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collider) PHENIX experiment. The goal of the sPHENIX experiment is to study the strongly interacting Quark-Gluon Plasma and cold-QCD. The INTT detector is one of sPHENIX experiment′s tracking system. The INTT is a two layer silicon tracker consists of 56 silicon ladders. The INTT aims to improve the momentum resolution for charged particle with high transverse momentum and help the event synchronization and pattern recognition. It is essential to obtain the correct geometry of the detector for many analyses. The precise cosmic ray dataset is obtain through the analysis of commissioning cosmic data taking runs in April and May 2024. This thesis also shows status of the HGCAL sensor QC in Taiwan. The HGCAL (high-granularity calorimeter) is a major upgrade of CMS, and it is necessary to maintain excellent calorimetric performace in the endcaps during the HL-LHC operation. The HL-LHC (High Luminosity LHC) is the upgrade of the LHC (Large Hadron Collider), and it will integrate 10 times more luminosity than the LHC. The HGCAL features unprecedented transverse and longitudinal segmentation for both electromagnetic (ECAL) and hadronic (HCAL) compartments. The ECAL and a large fraction of HCAL will be based on hexagonal silicon sensors of 0.52-1.18 cell size. A fraction of silicon sensors will be electrically tested at NCU.
