;In axion detection experiments, the effective volume of conventional cylindrical cav- ities diminishes as the target frequency increases. Consequently, the Conic-shell Cavity was proposed in 2020 to avoid this volumetric limitation. To address the unique geo-metric configuration and high-load tuning requirements of this novel cavity, this thesis develops a high-precision frequency tuning mechanism. We validate the theoretical design through actual operation in a room-temperature environment and analyze the trade-off between different drive materials. Furthermore, based on material properties and measurements, we formulate an optimized frequency tuning strategy to overcome resistance-induced mechanical jamming and ensure reliable operation, establishing the feasibility of the mechanical design for the future cryogenic applications.
