This study aims to investigate the relationship between presenteeism, job burnout, and perceived organizational support. Data was collected through an online questionnaire targeting currently employed general corporate employees, yielding a total of 281 valid responses. This study conducted reliability and validity analyses, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis to test the hypothesized relationships among the variables. The results indicate that: (1) presenteeism has a significant positive effect on job burnout; and (2) perceived organizational support has a significant moderate effect on the relationship between presenteeism and job burnout. Based on these findings, this paper provides practical implications and recommendations for future research.
