;Reliable charging communication is essential for high-density electric bus charging stations, where vehicles require high-power charging, fixed schedules, and stable station-level coordination. Although ISO 15118 supports charging negotiation, smart charging, Plug and Charge, and future bidirectional charging, practical deployment may still suffer from communication degradation, authentication issues, TLS limitations, and unstable signal quality. This thesis proposes an adaptive recovery control method for electric bus charging communications. The proposed framework integrates SoC-Driven Session Resume, Adaptive Back-off Resume (ABR), machine-learning-based risk prediction, and adaptive control strategies. When an interruption occurs, the system determines whether the session should be recovered according to the battery state of charge and recovery conditions. It then adjusts the resume timing based on retry status, risk score, and communication quality. Model-level and control-level adaptation are further applied to select suitable prediction models and control actions. Simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce manual intervention, improve charging stability, and achieve a better balance among interruption rate, target SoC achievement rate, recovery time, and operational delay. Therefore, the proposed method can provide a practical reference for improving reliability in high-density electric bus charging stations.
