摘要: | 台灣汽車產業隨著加入WTO後的開放競爭,關稅逐年降低,汽車零件的自製率限制取消,面對全球化的競爭環境,以及在國內市場胃納量飽和、產品生命週期日益縮短之不利條件下,已逐漸調整體質,發展出具少量多樣的彈性製造優勢。 台灣汽車產業在與國際接軌下,發展成為國際車廠策略分工體系的重要夥伴。國內車廠從以往國內零組件採購,積極擴展向海外尋求更具成本競爭優勢的汽車零組件。同時,藉由與國際車廠的合作與國際化佈局,也擴展出成車與零組件的外銷。因此,運籌管理的範疇,已擴展至上游的海外供應商與下游的海外客戶。 本論文的研究,是以個案C公司為案例,說明台灣汽車產業在與國際車廠進行全球策略分工模式下,探討海外供應鏈的特性與運籌管理模式。如何藉由供應鏈體系的再造,強化既有的資訊系統(如ERP, SCM, MPBS, PDVC, SPL)資源的整合,建構資訊系統e化溝通平台以及一套適用台灣汽車產業的海外供應鏈運籌模式,以提昇供應鏈的運作績效,改善資訊透明度,降低零件庫存水平,並提高客戶服務水準。 After joining WTO with opening competition, Taiwan has to reduce the customs duty year by year and cancel the auto parts self-restraint rate limit. Facing the global competition, saturated in the domestic market, as well as the product life cycle decreases gradually. Under the disadvantage conditions, Taiwan automobile industry has gradually adjusted the constitution and develops the flexible manufacturing advantage by various type with few quantity. Taiwan carmakers work together with international automakers and develop strategically as an important partner. The domestic carmakers are actively sourcing the components with cost competitive advantage from overseas instead of purchasing in domestic area. At the same time, Taiwan carmakers also sell both vehicles and those components to overseas markets through affiliation with international automakers and global network configurations. Therefore, the scope of logistics management has to expand to the front-end overseas suppliers and the back-end overseas customers. The thesis is based on case study(C company), to discuss the characterstics of overseas supply chain and logistics management model for Taiwan carmakers, which develop the global strategy under ally and work together with international automakers. How to base on the supply chain system re-engineering, to strengthen and integrate the present information systems (for example ERP, SCM, MPBS, PDVC, SPL), to develop the electronic communication platform in the information systems and to construct the overseas supply chain with logistics model which can meet the requirements for Taiwan automobile industry, in order to enhance the supply chain operation achievement, improve the information transparency, reduce the components stock level, and raise the customer service level. |
