Abstract:	本文修改Atallah（2002）對外溢係數所作的對稱性假設，使理論模型更貼近經濟現實；除希望能對外溢效果、研發產出與合作研發之間的關係能有更進一步的認識外，對於合作研發結構（包括不合作、一般合作、水平合作、垂直合作）的比較與選擇也加以探討。關於各外溢效果在不同合作研發模式下對研發產出的影響，本研究結果發現，在各種情況下，垂直外溢程度的增加對研發產出與社會福利都有正面的效果；而水平外溢的增加，在廠商之間進行水平或一般合作的情況下，對研發與社會福利的影響亦是正面的；只有在垂直合作或廠商之間完全沒有合作關係的情況下，水平外溢對研發產出與社會福利的影響有可能是負面的。另外，在不同外溢特性下，對於合作研發模式的選擇，本文有以下結論：在大部分的情況下，一般合作研發模式可將大部分研發的競爭外部性內化，故就研發產出而言，優於其他合作研發模式，且最接近社會最適。若外溢效果普遍相當小時，垂直合作研發模式優於其他研發模式，且最接近社會最適（在完全無外溢的情況下，甚至等於社會最適）。
