摘要:	因網際網路的蓬勃發展，電子郵件已成為現代人重要溝通工具之一，也是現在企業在網路時代不可缺少的重要生財工具。但隨著電子郵件的普及與便利，讓某些廣告商可利用此服務來發送大量廣告信，成為不必要的垃圾信。垃圾郵件不只浪費企業頻寬與儲存空間，更成為電腦病毒、網路詐騙以及色情犯罪的新興傳播管道，造成企業組織蒙受不少的損失與代價。目前許多資安廠商推出各式的垃圾郵件過濾方案，其特色為專利的垃圾郵件過濾技術、客製化的管理介面，提供防毒，防駭及垃圾郵件過濾等多項功能，相對的企業必須花費一筆可觀的建置費用及每年固定的維護費用。在自由軟體蓬勃發展的今日，有許多由社群團體開發的免費之垃圾郵件過濾軟體可以運用，搭配免費或是低價的作業系統，便可以建置簡易但有效之過濾垃圾郵件系統，降低處理垃圾郵件所需的成本。本研究希望經由訪談個案企業的員工與資訊部門人員，了解垃圾郵件對企業所帶來之威脅，與企業如何選擇資安廠商之產品來規劃企業自己的垃圾郵件防護系統，以個案研究法分析個案企業垃圾郵件防護系統的建置考量因素、設計策略，探討個案企業垃圾郵件防護系統建置歷程與影響系統成敗的因素。希望能提供其他企業在規劃垃圾郵件防護系統時的參考依據。 Because the flourishing development of the internet, the E-mail has already become people's important linking up tools, and now enterprise indispensable important appurtenance tool at network age. But popularization and facility with the email, enable some advertisers to make use of this service to send a large number of advertising letters, become the unnecessary rubbish letter. The spam email not only wastes the resources of enterprises, but also become the materials of spreading computer virus, swindle and the pornographic crime, and cause enterprises to suffer many losses and cost. At present many manufacturers supply many type plans of the spam mail filtration, their characteristic is the patent spam mail filtration technology, the guest makes the management interface. They provide anti-virus, against hacker and spam mail filtration and so on many functions, but the enterprise must spend one considerable expense of buying system and maintenance cost every year. In free software vigorous development's today, many the free spam mail filtration software which develops by the social group association may utilize, the matching low price's OS, then may establish simple, but the effective filtration spam mail system, reduces the cost which the dispose spam mail needs. This research hope by way of the interview case enterprise's staffs and the information department personnel, understood that the junk mail brings the threat to the enterprise, how to choose product of the manufacturer with the enterprise to plan the enterprise own junk mail shielding systems. By the case methodology, this research analysis the consideration factor and the design strategy of case enterprise anti-spam systems, the discussion case enterprise anti-spam systems establishes the course and the influence system success's or failure's factor. The hope can provide the design reference of anti-spam system for other enterprises.
