    摘要: 台北捷運高運量系統自1997年3月28日淡水線營運通車至今已逾10年,目前高運量系統營運總里程數為65公里、計57個車站,每日旅運量約為110萬人次。隨著後續路網不斷地擴充,台北捷運系統所擔負之公共運輸責任也越大,其所提供之運輸安全、運輸品質更形重要。 本研究以板南線、土城線為例,探討影響乘客舒適度之關鍵因子為何?該因子屬於不可控因子或是可控因子?並且建議其改善策略,回饋予捷運系統供應者,作為後續路網設計施工及目前已通車路段經營管理策略之參考。 本問卷調查係實地至板南線、土城線各車站,以簡單隨機抽樣方式,請下車出站之乘客填寫乘車舒適度問卷,並當場回收問卷,以面對面訪談方式獲取乘車舒適度相關資訊。所得問卷資料,經統計檢定得知乘客認為影響乘車舒適度之關鍵因子,其先後順序為「車廂內擁擠感受程度」、「列車加減速感受程度」及「車廂內廣播音量感受程度」。在本文中,除說明關鍵因子發生原因外,亦提出建議改善方案。 本研究調查結果與「95年度臺北捷運旅客滿意度調查報告」相較,雖然有效樣本數差距約6.5倍,但仍有一定程度上反應全體乘客之感受及意見。後續可針對特定路段、特定反應議題以實驗分析方式,尋求最佳化、最符合現況之策略。 The Taipei heavy-capacity transit system (MRT) Danshui Line have operated more than ten years until now from march, 28, 1997. So far, the Taipei heavy-capacity transit system operated length is sixty-five kilometers totally and its operated station is fifty-seven. The daily Ridership Counts is about 1.1 million. With the transit system network constantly expand, the heavier burden public transporation responsibility the more important supply safety and quality. The research forced on Nangang Line、Banqiao Line and Tucheng Line. To treat which key-factor to influence the comfort of the passengers that belong to out of control or under control . The research also proposes the improvement methods and feedbacks to the MRT provider. The questionnaire investigation is filled out by passenger who is dismounting from the train on the station of the Nangang Line、Banqiao Line or Tucheng Line randomly. The face -to -face interview method is excellent method to acquire the data about comfort by MRT. The key factors are “crowded degree of the train”, “the changed-rate of speed” and “the broadcast volume in the train” by statistical testing. Compare to the satisfied report of MRT passenger in Taipei on 2006 with the research that could march all passenger suggestion on certain level. It can go in quest the optimization policy by experiment analysis method on specific issue or agenda in the follow-up research.
