    題名: 無線感測網路應用於侷限空間勞工安全管理系統之研究;Development of a Wireless Sensor Network in Confined Space for Worker’s Safety Management

    摘要: 在勞安法中對於局限空間作業環境有許多規定,但長久以來由於管理人員行動難以規範,設備儀器價格昂貴、廠商不願意配合等因素,造成意外事件不斷增加。大部分廠商所提供的局限空間管理系統仍重點在作業流程管理,對於現場勞工作業狀況的掌握並仍有待開發。本研究已成功的發展出一套能監測勞工於局限空間作業狀態之即時監測及行動警報系統,並於捷運隧道工程、中華電信人孔及面板廠藥品儲槽等局限空間進行勞工作業場所測試。 本研究主要是利用主動式RFID技術、無線感測網路技術、通訊定位技術及無線傳輸等技術,所開發的系統具有包括:勞工進入工作區域時之身分檢查、勞工工作時所在之活動區域及其權限之監控、勞工個人活動狀態之檢查、勞工緊急狀況行動報知等功能。利用此系統可以建立相關警示以提高局限空間作業之安全性。本研究之設計同時考量安裝及使用的方便性,以減少使用障礙。 本研究完成包括:關鍵模組功能界定與資料蒐集、主機板線路佈線設計與製作、模組上件與軟體撰寫、實驗室性能測試與校正、系統整合與測試、局限空間作業現場測試等項目,結果顯示此系統可以成功的感測勞工是否有墜落或是暈倒的狀況,並且也具有人工緊急求救的按鈕,在勞工發生意外時,警訊可以透過25階遞傳的無線通訊設備,將訊號傳遞到遠端的監控器。警訊傳遞的成功率平均達99%以上。經過問卷詢問使用者意見,勞工對本系統所提供的安全警示功能表示滿意。相信使用本系統後,可有效提高局限空間作業之安全性,尤其是當緊急事故發生時不同層級管理人員可在第一時間掌握人員數量、作業位置及災害現場狀況,可以加速災害救援工作。 Despite of regulations, major accidents in confined spaces are increasing from time to time. The primary factor like management difficulty, the equipment are expensive, the manufacturer does not coordinate. Conventional confined space management systems are based on work flow management. These systems have little or no information of real-time working status of workers. Therefore, it is very difficult to use these systems as a tool to improve rescue efforts in case of emergency. We developed a highly integrated technology. For example, active RFID, wireless sensor network emergency, communication technology, and innovated system that provides the real-time location information as well as working status of workers. The system can also detect if the work is falling or lay down on the floor which represents an emergency situation in work places. The worker can also use the portable personal receiver to make an emergency call to the management by pressing the emergency button. A short message will be sent to the manager’s cell phone, the manager can watches live video on site by accessing the 3G video phone number which is also embedded in the short message. This system reduces the time to call foe help when accidents or emergency do occur in confined spaces. And sometimes, one or two minutes differences could mean live or death in confined space accidents. The achievements of this research include: Important module function limits and information collection, mother board design and layout, software composition, laboratory performance test and adjustment, system integrated, and confined spaces work test on site etc. We tested this system in three confined space: tunnel construction site of Taipei MRT, man-holes of chung-hua telecom, and chemical tank of a LCD manufacture. There field tests showed that the system has successfully transmit emergency calls to the LED receiver at ground level at successful rate of 99%. Results also showed that the manager will receive the short messages at successful rate of 100%. The fields studies confirm that the system does just what we expected.
