    Abstract: 近十年來,台灣太陽能電池產業在國人環保意識的抬頭下,漸漸由出口產業為主,慢慢被政府及國人的消費者市場接受,不論是在電池效能的提升、產能的增加、成本的降低、產業的成熟度,都有非常大且卓越的進步,也成為政府提倡提升產業國際競爭力、和扶植產業發展的重點產業之一。經濟部於2009年提出數據:2008年台灣太陽能電池產業上游矽晶圓廠商共7家,中游45家,下游系統廠共29家,產業之產值達到1,011億元台幣,出口占太陽能總產業98%,顯示內需比重非常低。 本研究採用SCP架構分析台灣太陽能電池產業上、中、下游供應鏈現況及相互依存和分工關係,並整理出產業發展趨勢,及討論如何提升未來競爭之要點。 研究結果顯示近幾年產業快速擴張、產能全開,國際市場供過於求,產業競爭加劇、利潤迅速下滑,廠商必須持續投入研發,致力於產品差異化,極力爭取規模經濟,並考量垂直整合的可能性,以強化企業的競爭力。 During passed ten years, environmental consciousness has been prompted which impacts the photovoltaic cell-chain from output purpose to domestic consumer market in Taiwan. The government is concentrating to increase the competitive strengths from photovoltaic cell production capacity increasing, raw material cost reducing and performance upgrading etc. According to Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2009, there were seven wafer manufacturing, forty-five manufacturing of cell module and twenty-night system makers at Taiwanese photovoltaic cell-chain in 2008. The totally values of photovoltaic products achieved around one hundred one billion New Taiwan Dollars and the output values of solar products shared night-eight percent of the amount which was showed the product is getting important at photovoltaic and facing the global competitions. Our analysis shows that the speedy upgraded production capacities cause the profit drop and over supply. To increase their competitiveness, manufactures must invest in R&D and focus on product differentiation, economies of scale and consider the possibility ways at vertical integration strategies.
