    Abstract: 台灣目前每年的非球面鏡頭產量已是世界第一,但產值卻不是最高,而非球面鏡在學術上的應用也都不能自主而必須外購,其主要問題癥結就在於缺乏對精密非球面檢測技術的掌握。為了解決以上產量大但產值低的問題,同時又能滿足學術界快速、多樣化的的使用要求,我們集合從事科學(自然處)與工程(工程處)之學者專家,提出三年研究計畫「高速、大數值孔徑非球面干涉儀之設計、製作與應用」,設計新穎的干涉儀,來量測各式各樣的非球面的鏡面,而在應用層面上,將設計使之更適合國內產業發展及學術研究使用,亦即朝向「快速」、「前瞻性」與「通用性」等來研發,使此新穎的干涉儀能滿足當今及未來非球面量測的需求。主要發展的關鍵技術包括: 1. 新穎非球面軸向掃瞄干涉儀的設計與製作。 2. 開發高數值孔徑的移動式干涉儀參考鏡。 3. 開發創新之徑向條紋編織演算法。 4. 研發新穎干涉儀所需之高功率穩頻雷射。 5. 建立兩米望遠鏡非球面主鏡的檢測技術。本計畫所研製之高速、大數值孔徑非球面干涉儀之開發,將可促進台灣非球面光學產品層次提昇,進而達到產值增加、產業升級的目的,並且為學術界研發出創新的光學檢測技術與檢測儀器。Taiwan produces aspheric lenses the most in the world. However, the total yield value is not the highest. Moreover, the academic researches using aspheric lenses cannot be supported by Taiwan optical industry. The key issue is that Taiwan lacks for the capability of precision aspherical surface testing.To solve the aspherical surface testing problems and to satisfy the diverse and craving needs in industrial and academic applications, we gathered a group of experts in science and engineering fields to form a strong research team and proposed this project, “High-speed and high NA asphere interferometer: design, development, and applications.” This project aims to design this asphere interferometer into an innovative high-speed and versatile metrology system which meets precisely the industry application requirement and academic research interests. The key techniques that will be developed in this project are 1. An innovative aspheric axial-scanning interferometer, 2. A high numeric aperture zoomable interferometric reference mirror, 3. A novel interferometric fringe stitching algorithm, 4. A high-power frequency-stabilized laser source for interferometer application, 5. The capability to test a 2-meter telescopic primary aspherical mirror. The successful development of the proposed aspheric interferometer will promote the value of aspheric products in Taiwan, facilitate the industry upgrade, and provide readily a novel optical metrology system for academic applications. 研究期間 : 9808 ~ 9907
