    Abstract: 現代的企業處於外在環境複雜而且變化非常快速的時代,因此如何迅速調整組織資源以因應外在環境的變化,對組織而言十分重要。本研究綜合「資源基礎理論」(Resource-Based View)、「階段投入理論」(Escalation Theory)以及「權變理論」(Contingency Theory)的觀點,探討企業的資源承諾與資源彈性對企業內部的組織惰性與外部關係學習,和競爭優勢之影響。資源意指公司能夠控制使用的資源存量,而能耐(capability)指組織使用資源的能力(Amit & Schoemaker, 1993)。當組織具備有價值的、稀少性、難以模仿、無法替代的資源,再加上組織本身的能耐,便可獲得競爭優勢 (Newbert, 2008)。本研究將探討「資源承諾」對於「組織惰性」與「關係學習」的影響進行探討;並對於「資源彈性」對於「組織惰性」及「關係學習」的影響進行研究;最後,將針對「組織惰性」與「關係學習」對於「競爭優勢」的影響進行探究。公司所擁有的技術知識,可以視為公司擁有的資源,都能使公司更快適應環境的變動,而進一步瞭解公司不足之處,藉以和外部關係伙伴學習,避免內部組織惰性的提升,如此內外兼顧,將資源與能力結合,方能比競爭者早一步作出正確的決策,使公司在創新面及管理面都有較佳的表現,創造無法取代的競爭優勢(Amit & Schoemaker, 1993; Barney, 1991; Teece, Pisano, & Shuen, 1997)。 This study will explore the influence of the resource commitment, resource flexibility, and organizational inertia, relationship learning on the competitive advantage from “Resource-Based View,”“Escalation Theory”and “Contingency Theory”perspectives. The firm’s resources are defined as stocks of available factors that are owned or controlled by the firm. It is very important to utilize the resources that are owed by the firm. Capability means the capacity to deploy resources. It is the tangible or intangible processes that are developed over time through interactions among the firm’s resources (Amit & Schoemaker, 1993). Therefore, firms depend on the resources and capabilities to build up competitive advantage. This study asserted that there is a positive association between resource commitment and organizational inertia. Resource commitment also has a positive effect on relationship learning. Besides, there is a negative relationship between resource flexibility and organizational inertia, but a positive relationship between resource flexibility and relationship learning. Moreover, this study also posited that the organizational inertia is negatively associated with competitive advantage, yet relationship learning is positive to the competitive. This study also classified the corporations’resources into four different types according to the level of two dimensions which are “resource commitment”and “resource flexibility”to explore more implication. The research will engage both case study and questionnaire survey in order to satisfy both qualitative and quantitative methodology. 研究期間 : 9808 ~ 9907
