    Abstract: 職業災害中營造業的事故發生率一直高於其他行業,分析營造業事故發生原因,主要因雇主未落實施工安全管理,而部分為勞工未依安全衛生工作守則之規定作業導致自己及其他勞工受到災害。而在如此開放型的環境中,複雜人員進出也使得威脅勞工安全的不確定性因素增加,造成安全管理的盲點與障礙。在環境複雜與安全管理無法有效、準確執行的時候,就容易導致嚴重的意外災害。 有鑑於無線射頻識別技術在管理作業中有成熟的技術與廣泛的應用,本實驗室開發以RFID為基礎的承攬商安全管理系統,此系統將具有勞工定位及主動警訊發布之能力,也利用RFID可自動辨識ID的特性,自動檢查勞工的身分與安全衛生設備,建立虛擬檢查員的檢查哨,期待能取代傳統人力檢查的方式,降低人力成本。進而提供一個全新的管理機制簡化並提升營造工地管理效果。 最後也將於營建工地中實際測試,以了解此項技術能否改善目前工地現場安全管理的瓶頸。 The rate of the occupational accidents of construction industry is always higher than others. Analyzing the accidents, employers without administering safety management is the main reason, and employees without obeying the rules of safe and hygienic work and resulting in accidents of themselves and others is also happened, sometimes. In such open working environment, complicated personnel also causes more unidentified factors, and makes it difficult to carry out safety management. It is easier to cause severely occupational accidents when the environment is complex and the safety management isn’t executed accurately and effectively. According to the maturity and vast application of radio-frequency identification (RFID) in management, we research contructor management system of RFID in our lab. This system is able to locate and identify laborers, check the safety and hygienic equipments, and alarm actively. To establish the post of Virtual Inspector System, it is expected to replace original manual check of the construction industry, lower capital and provide a new and simplified safety management. RFID is also tested practically and is proved that RFID is suitable for improving safety management at the construction site.
