    Abstract: 本研究將結合紅外線定位、化學感知器與電子控制系統,開發出一套新式個人暴露評估系統。此系統將可精確的測定勞工工作時所在之活動位置,暴露時之活動性質及其暴露量之高低。偵測控制系統將可由勞工個人攜帶。本計畫將製作數套多功能紅外線活動模式記錄器與勞工作業模式個人暴露採樣器原型以進行實驗室及現場性能評估測試。此偵測器具備有微電腦。偵測之數據除可儲存在微電腦中,並且可傳送至個人電腦,以方便更進一步的分析。本研究計畫首先將於實驗室中完成偵測器工作原型機(working prototype)之設計組裝並進行性能測試,再選擇適當之工作場所進行定點與個人之採樣實驗, 以確定新式採樣器之性能。 並提供個人連續偵測之結果以作為改善工作場所中工人暴露條件之參考。計畫完成後將有6組可供現場使用之個人型紅外線活動模式記錄器與勞工作業模式個人暴露採樣器及操作手冊。 In this research, a new device will be built for personal exposure studies. This device consists of three major components: the infrared position detector, the chemical sensor, and the electronic control unit. The device is expected to precisely measure the locations, durations and levels of exposure.Several working prototypes will be assembled in the lab to test their abilities to measure hazardous gases, to identify the exposure locations, and to calculate the durations. The prototypes will be put aside with traditional passive sampler among different workers to evaluate the performance of continuous sampling. Meanwhile, the new devices will also be collocated with other passive or active samplers in the field for side-by-side comparison. The results will be used to evaluate the performance of the new instruments. Furthermore, the minute-by-minute exposure data will be used to precisely evaluate workers’ exposure levels, and thus to improve their working conditions.Six complete prototypes and an operation manual will be submitted at the end of this study .研究期間:9002 ~ 9011
