    Abstract: 因工業快速地發展,空氣污染日益嚴重,過量二氧化碳氣體排放所引發的溫室效應,已成為嚴重的國際污染問題。SO2與NOX等為造成雨水酸化之污染物質,含硫量過高之煙道氣若任意排放,勢必也會造成嚴重的空氣污染。因此,抑制廢氣中CO2、SO2與NOx等氣狀污染物的排放,是改善空氣污染的方法之一。本計畫擬以模擬方式利用兩階段之變壓吸附程序,濃縮廢氣中CO2、SO2與NOx,並回收其中CO2與SO2之氣狀污染物。第一階段變壓吸附程序處理的主要氣體為SO2,第二階段變壓吸附程序則以CO2氣體為主。此外,並探討各種操作變數對產物濃度的影響,進而尋求最佳的操作條件。 Because of the fast industry development, air pollution becomes more and more serious. Greenhouse effect due to excess carbon dioxide emission already becomes an international pollution problem. SO2 and NOX are the cause of acid rain. Hence, it is a wise way to restrain the emission of CO2, SO2 and NOx in the flue gas for improving air quality. This project aims to concentrate CO2, SO2 and NOx in the flue gas and recover CO2 and SO2 by a two-stage pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process. The purpose of the first-stage PSA is mainly to recover SO2, and the purpose of the second-stage is to recover CO2. In addition, the influence of operating variables on the product concentration is also to be studied to find the optimal operation condition in this project. 研究期間:9308 ~ 9407
