    Abstract: 此論文是利用ANSYS有限元素分析軟體對四弦型非對稱光學讀取頭致動器進行模態與頻率響應的模擬分析,再以所得到的分析結果對分析模型逐步改善,使其顯現出對1KHz與10KHz間的模態共振與頻率響應造成影響的因素。   將實驗取得數據並與模擬分析數據作比對,可得知所建立的模擬分析模型所得的分析數據與實驗數據有相近的特性曲線,則得以證實經過改善後的分析模型與實體致動器有一定的相似性。   在改善分析模型的過程中可知抑制其激振傳遞的方式,同時, 透過最終的分析模型可得知,是由驅動力的反作用力激振致動器的不可動部,再經由弦線傳遞至可動部導致制動器在1KHz與10KHz間的模態共振與頻率響應異常。 ANSYS, the finite element simulation software, is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of a four-wire-suspension asymmetric-type optical pickup actuator. The attention is focusing on the frequency responses between 1KHz and 10KHz. The FEM model of the actuator is modified according to comparison of the numerical and the experimental data.     It can be proved that the flexible PCB can reduce the transmissibility. Also, the unmovable parts can actually be affected by the driving force of the voice coil motor, which passes through wires and causes unexpected responses. Then, certain design improvements are made based on the numerical results.
