對於圓環鍛粗加工而言,除了可以探討模具與胚料間之摩擦效應外,亦可做為評估異向性材料的方法,然而對於鍛粗加工後異向性變形的行為,包含了界面的非均勻摩擦應力條件以及胚料的異向性質:前者屬於加工條件外在的〝養成〞因素,而後者卻屬於材料內在的〝本質〞因素,兩者之間具有交互的效應。本文應用Deform 3D有限元素套裝軟體分析,並利用相關實驗作驗證。來探討由非均勻摩擦及材料異向性特徵對鍛粗工件所引起的異向性變形行為效應。 For the metal forming, the upsetting of ring can be used to measure the friction effect between die and blank. Besides, it can also discuss the anisotropy of material. The behavior of anisotropic material after upsetting includes the non-uniform friction stress between two interfaces and the anisotropic property of material. The former is the external process while the latter is intrinsic from material. In this paper, Deform 3D finite element software and the related experiment are used to discuss the effect of anisotropic deformation induced by the non-uniform friction and anisotropy factor of material after upsetting process.
