Abstract:	結構性吸附劑相較於傳統填充吸附床系統可有效增加其分離能力，而塊狀結構(monolithic structure)為一種具有流動低壓降特性，因此非常適合發展成商業化快速變壓吸附程序。塊狀吸附劑之模擬與傳統顆粒狀吸附劑之模擬截然不同，本研究擬建立一完整數學模式來模擬塊狀碳吸附床內其氣體動力學及吸附行為，藉由分析改變流道流量、尺寸大小、流道長度及結構壁厚等變數求得其最佳貫流效能。並利用數學模式延伸發展至多成分氣體單塔快速變壓吸附程序，並將模擬結果與傳統程序單元進行比較，進而利用我們的模擬程式發展實用性之快速變壓吸附程序。研究期間：9508 ~ 9607
