本研究的重點為：第一是在暸解各國在終身職能教育上的相關政策，第二是進一步的對我國相關部會其推動職能教育的相關政策進行暸解及探討。此外，在本研究中，我們也將進一步地針對回流教育、職業證照、網路學習及職能訓練機構等四個主題作進一步的討論，以期對我國終身職能教育的相關政策提出相關建議。 This research project will focus on the following main topics, namely, first, review the relevant lifetime professional capability learning policies in the advanced countries so that their experience can be served as a useful reference for us. Second, to engage an in-depth interview with relevant agencies in Taiwan about their lifetime professional capability learning policies. Third, in this study we shall have a close examination on issues such as returned education, professional certifications, e-learning, and professional capability training institutes.
