Abstract:	本計畫擬於二年內針對二組具有共變數的右設限存活資料，研究其中位數差異的估計。第一年探討如何建構共變數已知情形下，此一中位數差異的條件信賴區間，並且應用此ㄧ比較各劑量組與零劑量的條件信賴區間，鑑別共變數已知情形下的最低有效劑量。第二年則進一步研究二個存活中位數差異為共變數函數的信賴域，並且將之應用於最低有效劑量之鑑別，求出對應各種可能最低有效劑量的共變數範圍。分別引用實際資料說明這些方法的應用，並且以模擬方法研究其相關的覆蓋機率及信賴區間長度和信賴域的面積。此外，也研究應用上述信賴區間及信賴域鑑別MED 的準確性。研究期間：9508 ~ 9607
