基於國科會未來永續發展防災科技研究規劃，本計畫之主要目的有二： 1. 繼續推動八十六年度規劃之「國家型科技計畫推動要點」及「防災國家型科技計畫構想」，以跨部會及跨領域之研究為主，在任務導向之方式下，提昇防災科技研究水準，並將成果落實於防災應用體系，協助擬訂有效的災害防救對策，減輕社會與民眾的災害損失及風險，並鼓勵新整合計畫推動。 2. 配合國科會永續會之業務需求，協助國科會「防災科技研究計畫」之推動，以提昇研究水準、落實研究成果，成為政府推動防災科技發展工作之政策依據。表 Two major objectives of this project are planned base on Research on Sustainable Development of Hazard Prevention Technology of National Science Council. The objectives are described below: 1. 「Essentials of National Science Technology Project Advancement」 and 「Framework of National Hazard Prevention Technology Plan」 are set into action through this project. On a task oriented way, cross ministry and cross disciplinary researches will be planned. Through these researches, level of hazard prevention researches can be elevated. onclusions of these researches can be implemented on the system of hazard prevention. The countermeasures of hazard prevention can be made more efficiently. Loss and risk which caused by hazard of society and civilian can be reduced. Moreover, the integrated projects will be encouraged. 2. Secondly, another objective is to harmony with business demand of Commission on Sustainable Development Research. Assist National Science Committee to promote 「Research on Hazard Prevention Technologies」. The level of researches can be elevated. And the conclusions of researches can be implemented.
