    Title: 鐵礦碴再利用於鋪面工程之研究;A Study on pavement engineering reusing steel slags

    Abstract: 台灣腹地狹小自然資源不足,由於政府擴大內需以及節能減碳政策,近年來相關公共工程推動,所需資源大幅增加,有鑑於歐美等先進國家廢棄物再利用制度完善,國內之研究也漸漸以此為發展方向,近來鐵礦碴之相關負面新聞報導,使得民眾對於鐵礦碴再利用觀感不佳,但大多數民眾並不了解鐵礦碴之處理方式與再利用特性。 因此,本研究針對鐵礦碴之工程基本性質做探討,再以相關之法律及規範介紹,進而評估其再利用於控制性低強度材料與瀝青混凝土面層、瀝青處理底層成效,從鐵礦碴再利用之成效輔以節能減碳效益與應用於鋪面工程的材料成本計算,使各界能夠了解鐵礦碴再利用於鋪面工程之適用性。 由結果得知,鐵礦碴再利用於鋪面工程之成效與天然骨材相若,且具有天然骨材所沒有之成效特性,如:可縮短應用於CLSM時之凝結時間、應用於瀝青混凝土之抗剝脫與卵石當量…等,此外隨著鐵礦碴摻配量之增加,其碳排放量及成本也將隨之減少,但是鐵礦碴目前之再利用實際案例不多且性質不穩定,本研究也建議需評估其毒物溶出影響與未來試用之長期觀測。 Taiwan is lack of natural resources. The policy of the government to expand domestic and carbon reduction. In recent years the public civil engineering promoted and the increase of the resources. In view of Europe and other advanced countries, waste recycling systems are well. The study also gradually as a domestic for the development. Recent the negative news about the steel slags were reported. Let public perception are poor about reuse but they don’t understand the reuse features and treatment of slags. Therefore, the study is start from the basic properties. Then to introduce the relevant laws and regulations. And then assess their reuse in controlled low strength material and asphalt concrete pavement, Bitumen treat base’s results. From the slags’ results combined with the effectiveness of reuse efficiency and carbon reduction of materials used in pavement engineering costs, to enable the community to understand the slag recycling at the applicability of the pavement. The results revealed that the steel slags recycling at the effectiveness of pavement are similar to natural aggregate, and have some effectiveness characteristics that natural aggregate did not have. For example:Shorten the setting time when used in CLSM, Anti-stripping and evaluating gravel equivalency…etc. In addition, to increase the blending with steel slags the costs and carbon emissions will be reduced. However, the reuse of steel slags present actual cases is sparse and its’ behavior is unstable. The study also recommended a need to assess their toxic effects and the future trial of stripping the long-term observation.
