    題名: 人手孔周邊面層回填材料對道路平整度之影響;The effect of road smoothness on manhole peripheral backfill material.

    摘要: 近年來行政院於民國97年10月20日核定推動道路平整方案,以至於政府相關單位積極推行路平專案與人(手)孔蓋降埋等計畫。國內交通量大幅度的提升,國內對於民生管溝工程及下水道工程之需求增加,常因管線埋設、維修或遷移等因素進而挖掘道路,以至於影響鋪面之平整度。 本研究主要利用集中質量系統理論針對不同面層回填材料進行力學模擬分析,並在現地鋪設完成後進行現地檢測,並且利用建物資訊模型概念導入鋪面之人(手)孔,將其試驗與檢測結果進行分析比對,評估各面層材料之成效。以單點高低差、密度值、抗滑值結果,三種材料並無顯著差異;勁度值結果為早強水泥混凝土>熱拌瀝青混凝土>樹脂瀝青混凝土;但可初步提出採用齊平工法來改善人(手)孔平整度效益較採用下地工法大,其中發現人(手)孔設置點位、人(手)孔類型造成震動力,皆影響材料不均勻沉陷及路面平整度。 最終利用建物資訊模型(BIM-Building Information Modeling)概念將人(手)孔類型、施工方法、選用材料之關連性,導入各階段及維護管理,使規劃者、設計者及使用者皆能了解材料特性及平整度影響等,使得後續管理者能達資源共享,冀望能使人(手)孔平整度再提升。 Recently, the Executive Yuan in the 20 October 2008 approved the program to promote the smoothness road, so that government agencies actively promoting smoothness road and underground manhole plans. Significantly increase the domestic traffics, domestic livelihood trench for sewer construction projects and the increase in demand, often due to pipeline laying, maintenance or other factors and then tap the migration path, so that affects the smoothness of the pavement. This research mainly using lumped mass system of theory at the manhole peripheral different backfill material mechanics analysis, and laying at the scene after the completion of field trials testing, and using the concept of Building Information Modeling(BIM) into the pavement of the manhole, testing and analyze test results compared to assess the effectiveness of various surface materials. The smoothness measurement, density, sliding value of the results, there was no significant difference between the three materials; the results of stiffness order has High-early Strength Concrete>Hot-Mix Asphalt Concrete>Resin Asphalt Concrete; but can be made using the initial smoothness manhole engineering methods better then underground manhole engineering methods, which found that manhole for the set point and the type caused of the shaking force, affecting the material surface smoothness and uneven subsidence. Finally, the use of Building Information Modeling(BIM) concept of the manhole type, engineering methods, choice of materials related, into various stages and maintenance management, planners, designers and users have encountered the material properties and to understand the impact of smoothness roads, allowing follow up the managers to sharing of resources, hoping to make improved manhole smoothness.
