    Abstract: 本文應用有限元套裝軟體MARC分析超音波輔助引伸加工問題。為瞭解MARC軟體應用於引伸加工研究的預測性及適妥性,本文首先利用引伸加工實驗結果比較模擬結果的準確性,並於料片建立粗糙度模型,分別探討成品表面粗糙度狀況、成形所需之沖頭負載以及表面粗糙度狀況對成形力的影響。並於母模加載徑向超音波振動,進而探討超音波震動輔助引伸成形的影響。 The paper employs MARC software to analyze the behavior of deep drawing assisted by ultrasonic vibration. To understand the abilities of MARC in the prediction and suitability of the behavior in deep drawing, compared with experimental results are applied firstly. Building the roughness model on the outside surface of blanks and discussed the finished situation of surface roughness, the required punch load and the influence of forming load by surface roughness condition. Investigating the influence of forming load by ultrasonic vibration-assisted forming with radial ultrasonic vibration on upper die.
