    Abstract: 本論文目的是研發出可評判生產零件精確程度之CCD (Charge-coupled device)自動影像量測儀器,它適用於沖壓工廠與塑膠射出工廠量產時之抽驗設備,可以取代精密量測儀器,並降低生產成本。 在本研究的光學原理部份,我們將以傅立葉光學探討量測儀成像系統技術,而為了達成改良量測精確度的目標,我們針對各項關鍵元件與應用技術進行分析,包括:光源選擇與其傾斜度之校正、黑白和彩色CCD 成像精度的比較、量測儀之三軸精確度校正、儀器振動的抑制技術、環境溫度變化的監控與補償,以及最佳光圈數值與快門調整所得到的效果。 在成像精確度評估方式與改良技術部分,我們採用Gauge R&R (Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility)來判定儀器量測精確度,並提出多項成像精確度的改善方法;在量測儀的校正與驗證方法上,我們將基於機構監控與補償技術,藉由光學校正與統計分析方式,以及SPC(Statistical process control)統計製程管制技術,作為量測精確度的判讀考量,最後再將經由本研究自動量測儀器量測的結果與國家級儀器量測所得到數據進行比較與分析。 The purpose of this study is to build up a CCD auto-measuring apparatus,which can be used as a sampling instrument for both press and plasticinjection factories. In the concern of the optical imaging system for our apparatus, Fourier optics plays as a key role. In order to improve the precision of the image measurement system in this study, several key components are introduced.Some technologies are also adopted to the measuring apparatus, including the light source selection, the imaging difference between monochromatic and colorful CCD cameras, fine-tuning of the precision for stepping stages, vibration depression of CCD apparatus, ambient temperature monitoring and compensation methods, optimized f-number, the temperature compensation of stage driving motors. In the concern of the precision evaluation for the CCD apparatus, the well-known Gauge R&R analysis is used. In the concern of the calibration and verification for the CCD apparatus, the SPC system was involved for product quality monitoring. Finally, we make the comparison of measurement data with that from national-standard apparatuses, including ITRI’s and Mithutoyo’s setup.
