    摘要: LED用於照明上有諸多優點,如體積小、發光效率佳、壽命長、無Hg汙染等因素,而且節能、環保、安全性,均優於傳統燈泡與日光燈管,使得LED照明燈具的開發及照明設計應用…等,均為極具潛力的研發議題。但由於LED發光面集中,且光源具指向性,使LED容易產生光圈、黃圈及不均勻等現象產生,以至於造成以下問題:(1)若光線分佈設計不良,會造成光線不平均,在無形中會造成眼睛的傷害。(2)聚光在一定的範圍,會造成一個明顯光圈,光圈邊緣會有黃圈現象,產生明與暗對比強烈,容易造成眼睛適應不良,且易疲勞。(3)LED為點光源,如果光學技術沒有處理好,光照下時會產生多個影子分散重疊,干擾眼睛視覺能力。因此本論文針對上述問題作分析研究與改善。目前採用螢光粉封裝型式之LED,除了隨著不同封裝型式,且有不同光學特性外,不同種類的螢光粉,亦有不同的轉換效率,對LED的發光效率有直接影響,所以,對於螢光粉塗佈與其轉換效率之研究是一個相當重要的課題。本論文針對LED中段點膠螢光粉塗佈封裝製程探討,並與一般封裝方式做比較,來證實光源均勻分佈對LED照明之重要性。首先介紹LED所使用點膠封裝方式,再對其方式進行分類及優劣分析。而後,藉由各專利蒐集分析、觸發並運用創意構思設計之可行性,進行優劣評比後求得其基礎架構之設計解。所構思出之架構,並從材料選擇、張力分析等進行探討。最後以LED進行實體封裝,觀測實際封裝效果。There are advantages in the solid state lighting, for instance, smaller package size, higher power efficiency, longer reliability, and ROHS…etc. The energy –saving, environment effect are quite better than traditional fluorescent light tube. Hence, the potential issues are crucial to LED lighting modules and its concept designs. Owing to the spotlit of LED lighting surface sources, and its directional personalities, it lead to luminescence and yellow ring when watching to the performance. Following problems will be:(1)Not uniform of light beams occurred when bad design added in, damage to human eyes.(2)In the range of spotlit, we can see an apparent light ring, especially a clear yellow ring happened in the edge. The controversy or light and dark would let our eyes exhausted.(3)LED is a sort of point sources; we could see the multiple shadows or overlapped phenomenon when we treat it not well, furthermore, it interfere our visions. Hereby, the thesis is to solve yellow ring issues.For the time being, the phosphor LED package is popular. It’s an important topic to discuss its phosphor coating types and power to light efficiency, several parameters included, package designs, types of phosphor…etc., each parameter has its performance. This thesis focus on the process of LED package compared with commercial package, and to prove the importance of uniform LED light sources. At First, we introduce different types of LED package, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages.Then check out the possibilities by surveying patents, to choose the best performance by material, tensile strain…etc., approved by literature and simulation results. At last, finished the LED package and measured the light and electrical parameters.
