    Abstract: 本論文主要為研製高功率與高效能LLC諧振電源轉換器,電路拓樸中包含兩部分,一為對稱半橋式LLC諧振直流/直流轉換器,另一為回授補償電路。LLC諧振轉換器之切換頻率是操作於由諧振元件所構成的第二諧振頻率f_r2以上及第一諧振頻率f_r1以下,使得一次側開關達到零電壓切換(ZVS)、二次側整流二極體達到零電流切換(ZCS)。我們將針對在不同負載的情況下,研究如何設計回授補償器使得LLC 諧振轉換器具有穩定的輸出,並且開關切換達到零電壓切換及二次側整流具有零電流切換,使得整體效能大幅提升。本論文包含設計與實現:首先,分析轉換器之工作原理,推導出LLC 諧振轉換器開迴路的轉移函式,針對開迴路轉移函式設計回授補償的參數(K_P 、K_I);再來,則是將所設計電路以硬體實現,實驗證實理論與實作之一致性。In this thesis, we have developed a high-power and high efficiency LLC resonant converter. The circuit topology contains the symmetrical half-bridge LLC resonant DC / DC converter, and the feedback compensation circuit. The resonant frequency is composed of resonant component in the circuit. The switching frequency of the converter is higher than the second resonant frequency and lower than the first resonant frequency so that the primary side can switch to achieve zero voltage switching (ZVS) and secondary side rectifier diodes to achieve zero-current switching (ZCS). It can improve the LLC resonant converter conversion efficiency. The thesis contains design and implementation at first, it discusses of the converter design from deriving the transfer function of the LLC resonant converter. Thus, one can design the feedback compensation parameters(K_P 、K_I) based on the transfer function. Finally, a prototype circuit is implemented to verify the LLC resonant converter. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the converter.
