Abstract:	壓變吸附為廣泛應用於氣體純化及分離氣體混合物之循環程序,快速壓變吸附使用極細之吸附劑粒子(20-120 mesh)及極短的循環時間(少於20秒),其吸附劑產率為一般壓變吸附之4-5倍.由極細粒子所引起的吸附床高壓力降為快速壓變吸附成功的主因.本計畫擬繼續現在進行之快速壓變吸附模擬研究,探討單床式快速壓變吸附製富氧氣之實際操作.進氣為空氣,所使用吸附劑為60-80 mesh的5A 沸石,探討填充床長度,循環時間及進氣壓力對產氣的影響,經由實驗數據與模擬計算的驗證,我們可以預計適當之單床式快速壓變吸附製富氧氣的設計條件. ; 研究期間 8108 ~ 8207
