Abstract:	緩效型藥物無副作用且藥效持久,對使用者而言,既方便又安全.因此,利用微粒包覆方法製備緩效型藥物,已成為未來新藥劑之主要發展方向.乳化添加非溶劑法之主要優點為能製得圓球狀且緻密之微膠囊,可延長蕊物質之溶出時間;並可應用於能溶解在水中之蕊物質之微粒包覆,使乳化添加非溶劑法之應用範圍更廣. ; 研究期間 8108 ~ 8207
