摘要: | 隨著第三代(3G/3.5G)無線通訊的普及化,無論是上網的頻寬速度,或是基地台的覆蓋率,在目前來說都已達到一個相當的水準。現實生活中,只要配備合適的裝置(如3.5G網卡),在有手機訊號的地方,就能享受到快速上網的便利。更勝者,在高速移動如行車中,一樣能與Internet能保持連線而不中斷。然而,在一般車用裝置上,常見的只有GPS導航定位或DVB數位電視系統等,使用者常須配合手機或筆記型電腦才能存取網路並使用相關服務。於是我們提出一個數位多媒體車用中控中心的概念─整合無線3G上網與IMS服務,在車用裝置上提供一個可以快速上網、收發電子郵件、撥叫VoIP語音通話、及時收看線上影音與搭配GPS模組和Google Map等服務,提供除了地圖外的停車場、加油站、餐廳等資訊,成為一個數位多功能車上機的概念。而一般的車用裝置通常可分為兩大類,Windows mobile based與FreeScale晶片搭配WindRiver系統。前者因搭配Windows作業系統,無論機器是使用Intel 或Samgsung 處理器,對於使用者或開發者來說,新功能的擴充性非常的低。而後者通常由製造商與FreeScale合作,專為某些特定功能而訂製的設備(常見如導航系統) 本計畫考量產品功能和成本,將規劃一個在嵌入式系統上的數位多媒體車用中控中心,預期達到的主要目標如下: (A) 在嵌入式平台上,對於3.5G的連線與 IMS等多媒體服務(VoIP等),能提供一個完整的支援 (B) 因為使用觸控螢幕操作,所以在設計上需考慮操作簡單、穩定和耐用等特點 (C) 整合常見行動設備功能(All in One),讓使用者可以省去配置多裝置的麻煩表 ; As the widespread of the third generation (3G/3.5G) cellular network, either the bandwidth, speed of access network or the coverage of base stations were reached an appropriate level. In general cases, we just need a wireless device, such as 3.5G wireless card, then we can surfing the cyberspace everywhere the cellular signal could reach. Furthermore, we can keep connecting with Internet even in a vehicle which is moving in high speed. However, we can see only GPS navigation or DVB digital TV systems in general vehicular devices. If users want to access the network and some services, they usually need other devices such as a cell phone or a notebook computer. Therefore, we proposed an idea about digital multimedia central control vehicular device which is integrates HSPA (3G/3.5G) wireless functions and IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) services. With this device, we can easily access the Internet, send and receive E-mail, establish a VoIP call, watch the online video and even combine with Google map and their services to provide not only GPS navigation but also other information like parking lot, gas station and restaurant which were nearby. Generally speaking, normal vehicular device can apart into two type, Windows mobile based and WindRiver system combine FreeScale processors. For Windows mobile based systems, no matter its processor is Intel or Samsung, the flexible and extendable were very limited for user and developer. And for the WindRiver system, it usually designed for some special functions like GPS navigation and even un-extendable. Consider the functionality and cost, we will port a digital multimedia central control vehicular device on embedded system in this project. The project expects to achieve the following main objectives: (A) Provide a complete solution for HSPA (3G/3.5G) wireless connection and the access of IMS services over embedded system platform (B) Design a user interface that is perfectly fit for touch screen as input and output.
