近年來製造業在產業提升自動化的過程中面臨許多的挑戰,對於各種夾治具的需求也同時大幅提升。如何讓夾治具的設計能更多元化及更符合各種不同的需求也就更加被重視。因此,本論文的研究目的是探討如何將概念設計中最重要方法「功能結構」,加以應用在夾治具的概念設計上。如此不僅可縮短所需的設計時程,同時也可降低設計成本,並滿足夾治具的需求功能。本文從功能結構的功能建立出發,針對夾治具之特定功能建立功能符號,並對應出相關的元件,隨後探討功能結構的建立方法以及功能結構的變化法則等。此方法可使夾治具設計可從實物的直觀細節設計轉換為系統化的概念設計,並從概念設計中做適當的變化以找到恰當的設計方案,進而再從概念設計的方案轉換為實物上的機構設計。一方面讓設計的過程簡單化,不因複雜的實物而誤導設計的方向,另一方面也藉由概念設計跳脫以往的設計經驗框架,找出平時不易發覺到的設計方向,進而達到創新設計的目的。本文最後以一現有設計實例,說明如何應用本研究之方法,從功能結構的概念設計逐步到實物設計,結果顯示本研究所建立之夾治具功能結構的概念設計確實可產生創新設計,滿足今日製造業對夾治具設計需求。In the recent years, industrial production faces many challenges while in upgrading automation. Especially the various processes and equipments increase, the demands for different fixtures also increase at the same time.How to design diverse fixtures and to fulfill different requirement has gained more attention. Therefore, the goal of this thesis is to apply the concept of function structure developed in product design methodology to conceptual design of fixture. With such a method it will not be only to shorten the design time, but also the cost under fulfillment of the demands.Starting from establishment of the function structure, the necessary symbols for necessary functions and corresponding parts for fixture design are at first defined in the thesis. And then a set of rules to develop the function structures according to the requirements for fixtures is discussed. Some variation rules are also proposed as an aid of designer to vary the function structure.In the final part of this thesis, a practical example from function structures to embodiment design is represented to verify the feasibility of the proposed approach. The results of the study show that the design processes of fixtures can be simplified by using function structure. Especially innovative design can be more easily developed to meet the requirements of fixtures.
