| 摘要: | 半導體通路商在電子資訊相關產業一直都是扮演著重要橋樑之角色，維繫上游零件供應商及下游成品製造商和諧的供需關係，而隨著全球經濟環境的變動，以及國際競爭日趨激烈，台灣半導體通路商產業也面臨極大的經營壓力。為求能在如此競爭的市場繼續生存下去，得先要提高自身的經營效率，並且尋求各種成長的機會，藉以達成企業永續經營與發展的目標。本研究嘗試應用資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)，評估 15 家半導體通路商之經營績效，利用「臺灣證券交易所」所屬的「公開資訊觀測站」財務報表科目做為研究對象，找出所需採用的投入與產出科目，加以分析 2011 年度各家通路商的營運績效。本研究採用的變數有五項，其中投入項有「總資產」、「推銷費用」及「員工人數」；產出項為「營業收入」及「稅前淨利」。透過資料包絡分析法分析之結果，可得知這 15 家企業營運績效的優勢與劣勢，研究發現如下：
1. 在 BCC 與CCR 模式中，至上公司的被參考次數均為最多，是最有效率之公司，為多數無效率公司之標竿。
2. 以 CCR 模式分析出敦吉、崇越電、日電貿、巨路及至上，這五家公司最具生產效率。
3. 以 BCC 模式分析出敦吉、崇越電、日電貿、巨路、文曄、大聯大、華立、蔚華科、倍微及至上，這十家公司最具技術效率。
4. 由CCR與BCC模式分析後得知最具規模效率共有五家：敦吉、崇越電、日電貿、巨路及至上。
Semiconductor distributors have been playing an important role as bridges in electronics and information-related industries, connecting upstream component suppliers and downstream product manufacturers, coordinating solid relationships between supply and demand. Semiconductor distributors’ industry in Taiwan is facing an enormous pressure on the management with the changes in the global economic ambience and increasingly severe international competition. In order to continually be surviving with so much competitive market, the first thing is to improve operational efficiency and explore all opportunities for growth, to carry on the target establishes a perpetual business and development. In this research, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) has been applied to assess operating performance among 15 semiconductor distributors, the use of Financial Statements from "Taiwan Stock Exchange" belonging to "MOPS" treats as the object of study topic, the required inputs and outputs used in subjects have been located, various distributors’ operating performance in year 2011 has been analyzed. Four variables have been addressed in this study, which are “Total Assets”, “Marketing Expenses”, “Employee Amount” listed as input item, “Operating Revenue”, “Pre-tax Profit” listed as output portion. Strengths and weaknesses among 15 enterprises' operating performance has been demonstrated through investigating results of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), which are:
1. In BCC and CCR mode, Supreme is the most efficient company up by reference number, which also set up a benchmark to compare with others.
2. In research of CCR mode, Lumax、Audix、Topco、Nichidenbo and Supreme are five most productive companies.
3. In research of BCC mode, Lumax、Audix、Topco、Nichidenbo、WTMEC、WPG holdings、Wahlee、Spirox、PCT and Supreme are ten companies produced majorly technical efficiency.
4. In research of BCC and CCR mode, Lumax、Audix、Topco、Nichidenbo and Supreme are five companies produced majorly scale efficiency. |
