| 摘要: | 隨著工商業快速發展與演變之下，土地利用的需求也跟著增加，尤其在經濟發展與產業結構的改變之下，使得大量的人口開始湧入都市地區。因此，土地的需求量逐漸大於供給量，開始產生供需失調的問題。另一方面，受到了公共建設與都市計畫區的劃設之下，更進一步影響到都市周邊的區域發展；相對地，也會破壞原始的地表景觀，如埤塘消失、耕地面積縮減與稻米產量下降等，進一步使得變更用地的情形更加嚴重。
本研究在資料運用上，以1988、1998與2009年做為研究時間，透過遙測技術與地理資訊系統的操作，先以衛星影像分析數據以及都市蔓延分析，用以探討桃園縣土地利用/覆蓋與都市蔓延的真實情況。其次，針對重大建設航空城，對區域地貌的變化與都市發展做討論。再者，藉由IPCC情境概念來探討土地利用的議題，用以瞭解今昔土地利用模式之情境轉變。以提供後續研究者作為研究土地利用的輔助資料。
With the rapid development of industry and commerce , the demand of land is relatively increasing. Especially under the economic development and industrial structure change, makes a lot of people began to pour into the urban areas. Therefore, the demand for land gradually greater than the supply, and started to have a problem of supply and demand imbalance. On the other hand, has been under public construction and planning of urban development areas, further affect the development of peri-urban areas. In this way, it may destroy the original surface landscape, such as ponds disappear, reduction of arable land and the decline in rice production. Further makes the situation more serious changes to land use.
In this study ,the use of the information ,as in 1988,1998 and 2009 study period , through remote sensing technology and geographic information systems operation ,first to analyze the data and satellite imagery analysis of urban sprawl ,the purpose to explore Taoyuan County Land Use/Cover and the urban sprawl of the true situation. Second ,for major construction aviation city ,the regional variations in topography and urban development to make discussion . Furthermore ,by IPCC scenarios to explore the concept of land-use issues ,to understand the past and present patterns of land use change in the situation .To provide a follow-up study of land use researchers as supporting information . |
