    Title: 煤灰地盤施打擠壓砂樁之施工振動特性;The Characteristic of Sand Compaction Pile Driving in Coal Ash

    Abstract: 台灣地狹人稠,高度建設發展至今經常出現施工現地與住宅區緊鄰的狀況;近年來台灣對環境條件之要求越趨嚴格,然而工程施工時造成的噪音與地表震動,容易影響精密廠房之運作及出產良率,亦會造成鄰近居民不適,故本研究針對台中火力發電廠一期灰塘區施打擠壓砂樁時,研究因施工過程引致地盤震動行為,其地質由地表往下依序可分為上部煤灰層、軟弱煤灰層及原土層。
    利用三向度加速度計紀錄施打擠壓砂樁時之地盤震動加速度,同時錄製影片後,將影片與紀錄兩者比對,判斷每段資料所代表之事件,並定義各個數據區段,再利用MATLAB分析振波隨各種變因之變化,並且將量測所得之數據對照各國規範,判斷施打擠壓砂樁對於鄰近建物影響是否合乎標準。
    擠壓砂樁分為貫入、擠壓及拉拔三階段。結果顯示:(1)擠壓砂樁施打過程中,造成地表最大震動為擠壓階段與擠壓至煤灰層階段;(2)徑向振波在砂丘上有明顯放大效應;垂直向振波則沒有此現象;(3)將擠壓砂樁引致地盤震動之振動量比對各國規範,敏感脆弱建物須距離振源14m以上;距離振源10公尺以上之一般建物損壞機率極低;距離振源8公尺之人體感受為震度2之輕震,建物損害機率極低。

    Taiwan is densely populated and covers a small area, so its construction sites are often adjacent to residential areas since its construction is highly developed. The noise and ground vibration caused by construction are easy to affect the neighboring residents discomfort. This study is to research the ground vibration caused during the sand pile driving in the Taichung Thermal Power Plant in pond ash and its geological sequence from the surface to the bottom which can be divided into upper coal ash layer, soft coal ash layer and the original soil layer.
    Compared the video and accelerated datas which recorded by Three direction geophones when sand pile was driven to judge the case represented by each data and to define them, and then used MATLAB to analyze the wave changes with various variables. Moreover, the author contrasted the measured data with different national norms to judge whether the impacts of sand piles driving on neighboring buildings meet the norms.
    Sand pile driving is applied by three phases: driving, vibrated down and pull. The results showed that : (1) during the process of sand piles driving, the caused maximum ground vibration happens in the driving phase
    (2) radial wave has a distinct amplification effect on the dunes
    but does not happen to vertical wave
    (3) Compared the ground vibration caused by sand pile driving with different national norms, it was concluded that the buildings more than 10 meters away from the vibration source generally have a very low damage probability.
