    題名: 陸資在台企業影響台籍經理人求職行為及因素;PRC Enterprises in Taiwan Effecting Taiwanese Managers on the Job-search Behavior and Factors

    摘要: 台灣政府在ECFA的架構下,積極推動陸資企業來台投資。本研究旨在探討開放陸資企業來台投資後,對於台灣高階人力市場的變化與影響。研究中藉由探討各項影響求職行為之因素,企圖了解求職行為的相關變數如何影響台籍經理人的求職行為模式。
    研究對象以目前任職於台商企業的職場工作者,產業範圍限制在工、商、金融和服務業。研究採用Ajzen(1991)的計劃行為理論(Theory of planned behavior, TPB)為基礎,作為分析求職行為意向與行為之模型。以工作價值觀、職業生涯發展、海峽兩岸關係作為研究的題項,並在結構方程模式(SEM, Structural Equation Structure Analysis)上進行模型估測,期獲取各研究變數間的相關性與求職行為模型的路徑。
    實證結果發現::1.「個體因素」、「社會因素」對求職行為意向有正向的、顯著的關係,是能夠有效預測「台籍經理人」對於在台「陸資企業」職務的求職行為;2.「環境因素」與求職行為意向的相關性未達到顯著水準,無法對「台籍經理人」的求職行為有預測的作用。3.「台籍經理人」在考慮接受在台「陸資企業」職務,「環境因素」是有效的影響因素。最後,本研究基於上述的研究結果之發現,對企業、政府當局及未來研究提出有關陸資企業開放的具體建議。
    Taiwan's government actively promotes China-based enterprises to invest in Taiwan in an economic cooperation framework agreement (ECFA) between Taiwan and China. The purpose of the thesis is to discuss about the impact on high-level human resources when China-based companies start to begin investments in Taiwan. So this research intends to find the key factors related to the job-search behavior and aim to explore whether these key factors influence on job-search behavior of Taiwanese managers in Taiwan.
    The scope of the research contains employed persons are currently working in Taiwan-based companies including several specific fields of industry, commerce, finance and service. Ajzen(1991) “theory of planned behavior” (TPB) as the thesis theoretical framework that developing an analytical model to analyse job-search intention and job-search behavior. And, the research intends to reference the relative theory about work value, career development and cross-strait relations between Taiwan and Mainland China. The model of SEM (SEM, Structural Equation Structure Analysis) applied to explain the correlation parameter and path between various research variables.
    The research finding: 1. Personality and Social activities factors of job-search behavior are positively related to Behavior Intention and both of them were able to predict the Taiwanese manager’s behavior for a job application offered by PRC enterprises in Taiwan
    2. The correlation of Environmental factors and Job-search behavior intention are not related, and not be able to predict the job-search behavior about Taiwanese managers
    3. Taiwanese managers considering to accept the job of PRC enterprise in Taiwan, Environmental factors are valid factors and influence on their decision.
    Finally, according to above findings, this research expects providing Taiwan’s enterprises, government and future researcher as recommendations on policy of PRC enterprise investing Taiwan.
