Abstract: 研究期間:10308~10407;Our work is more efficient and more humane than ever before while harnessing technology in this digital age. Similarly, through digital technology, we can shift the paradigms of "learning" and "teaching", making “learning,” in particular, more humane. If we want to transform and upgrade today's education for our future generation, then we need to understand what "humane learning" is. Design of humane learning should (i) begin with nurturing of student interest in learning, (ii) conform to the nature of learning, and (iii) let students have their own stage to perform. If we can cultivate and sustain student interest in learning, they will develop learning habit and become lifelong learners. Looking into the nature of learning from human development history, we can find out that "learning by doing", "learning by imitation” and “learning by speaking” are three learning archetypes, which are essentially output-based learning as well as creation-based learning. Last but not the least, establishing creator-stages enables creators (i.e. learners) to have their own individual stages to perform, and therefore, develop their self-confidence. This integrated project, based on our initial version of the "creator community" theory, will include five sub-projects, including the development of four elementary school courses (i.e. reading, writing, math, and science) and the development of cloud digital school platform, as well as the application project of aforementioned sub-projects in a model digital elementary school. We expect this project can promote the paradigm shift in "learning" and "teaching", and enhance student academic performance. Besides, the cloud digital school platform created by this project will help disseminate our project outcome to other schools in Taoyuan County.
