    Abstract: 研究期間:10108~10207;The aim of our research proposal is twofold: (1) to prepare and fully characterize the structures of mixtures with stratum corneum (SC) lipids (i.e. ceramide IV, palmitic acid and cholesterol) with different lipid compositions mimicking the healthy and “diseased” SC in the bulk state as a function of temperature by small-angle X-scattering (SAXS) and low-temperature differential scanning calorimetry (LT-DSC), and (2) to determine the thermophysical properties of the biomimetic healthy and “diseased” SC lipid mixtures as a “green” phase change material (PCM) by the temperature-history method. Heats of fusion, specific heats and thermal conductivities will be calculated.
