    Abstract: 研究期間:10111~10210;To evaluate and analyze those factors induce or contribute climate change, it is imperative to integrate and interpret traditional and untraditional two- and three-dimensional observation data. Among those untraditional data, satellite observation and value-added retrieval products are suggested to incorporate with traditional data. This will greatly improve the efficiency and performance in environment/climate change monitoring. On the other hand, when untraditional data and traditional data are combined and integrated, we may conduct the proper capability to response the impacts due to environment/climate change, in particular when data are obtained and processed in a near real-time basis. In this proposal, we aim to discover those key factor(s) which may conduct and correlate to regional atmospheric environment and climate change within Environmental Monitoring Group (EMG). To accomplish the goal, we propose to integrate the information sharing and exchange among the proposed projects within EMG. It supposes not only to understand the future regional atmospheric environment/climate change tendency, but also to provide references and suggestions for risk reduction in Impact Evaluation Group (IEG) and Disaster Management Group (DMG). The proposed key research areas include: (1) integrate and analyze untraditional and traditional data in a regional atmospheric environment and climate scale; (2) integrate and analyze key factor(s) which may induce and contribute to regional environmental change within subdivisions of Taiwan; and (3) Buildup precursory index from integrated observational datasets to discover regional atmospheric environment/climate change future tendency.
