研究期間：10108~10207;Some spectral invariants and related problems The proposed research focuses on three refinements of the Ray-Singer torsion introduced by Braverman-Kappeler, by Burghelea-Haller and by Cappell-Miller. These three spectral invariants are topological invariants and defined using determinants of certain non-self-adjoint operators and are closely related to the Turaev's refinement of the Reidemeister torsion. In this project, the PI plans to extend these three analytic torsions to manifolds with boundary, derive the gluing formulas of these torsions and explore the relationships among these torsions.
